I'm not sure how "savory" pecans are, but I grew up in central Georgia where we had a pecan tree in our front yard, and I certainly grew to savor them. And I don't think they come much sweeter than these "Honey Glazed Pecans" from the Priester's store on Interstate 65 in south Alabama. We picked these up on our way home from the Gulf Shores beach last weekend, and I'm amazed this many made it home to be photographed. Priesters has another store in Perry, Georgia on Interstate 75. The 2 Things Challenge for the week is: Savory / Sweet.
I'm not sure how "savory" pecans are, but I grew up in central Georgia where we had a pecan tree in our front yard, and I certainly grew to savor them.
