I would order that on any given day. I am better with meal prep when there is someone to share with. I was even more organized when all my kids were still at home. But if I am all alone... I put the whole meal thing off way too long. Today I started to feel sick... then I realized... it is almost 4pm and I haven't really eaten today. (I had a protein shake, a granola bar, and some almonds... evidently it wasn't enough.)ToOdLeS.
Looks and sounds delicious! A perfect summer meal.
*DROOL* I love a good salad and wine for dinner.
